This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When we first got there, the table had no utensils nor tissues, we had to ask for them after we got our food. The utensils we asked for were filthy — I had to clean them off myself, they had brown stains on them. The water I asked for, twice, did not come to me until I asked the third time — and it ended up being the worst water I’ve ever tasted in my life. The waitress had the worst attitude and impatience for our table. The managers, however, were very, very kind. The food I asked for did not come for over an hour. When it did? It was absolutely not what I asked for, although the waitress claimed that it was. She also kept bringing drinks to the table that we did not ask for. There are five people at the table — how did that come out as eight drinks? Somebody also had their food come and it was not warm. They asked for the food to be warm, and it came back… not warm. My god, the managers were very nice. And I have the utmost respect for them. But as an overall experience, it was just not a pleasant time.

Horrible! I ordered the Sizzling Chicken. It was tough and barly edible. Prices are steep and the quality of the food and it's preparation are very much lacking. My server was great but the food, not so much. I recall positive experiences there from years ago. Perhaps I'll give them another try in the future but not too soon.

It was my first time trying Fridays at this location and I have to say it was truly a great experience. Haz was so friendly & very helpful. Her energy was so radioactive and amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. And to this location more often. Much cleaner and friendlier than others.

This was one of the BEST service that we've ever had. AJ (our server), was amazing. He took our order without writing it down (be memory). I said to my fiance, he didn't write anything down (he memorized it). Just to let you know, it was 5 of us. Then we spoke with his manager Terrell, he was also a gem to talk with. We travelled about 2 hours to come here to eat.

Hi I just wanted to say never go this place the servers are Bias toward There own Black people. My wife and family got seated the server walked up to us and said I’ll be with you in a minute. Then 15 minutes went by then a WHITE couple walked in he immediately took there order and got them drinks even before coming back to take our order. I just could not take the disrespect so we took our business elsewhere. Staff needed to be retrained. When we mentioned to see the the manager they said it’s a waste of time here.

I went to this place to celebrate with my husband and children the father's day, and because was so busy we were seat by the bar area, and the server Jerrel (I think that's the right name) at first was very nice, but then the food took so long that we asked for a manager to make a complaint, and the manager Mr. Andrea came and apologize, went himself straight to the kitchen, rush our food out, and brought it all by himself in a blink of an eye. Thanks, Mr. Andrea for making our visit so pleasant. You're the best.

I n vee leave bad reviews but my experience was the worst ever. I took my girlfriend their for her birthday after spending the day in NYC. We got there at 11:15pm and placed an order for appetizers and our meal. Our appetizers came at 11:55pm then our meal came at 12am. I ordered my steak medium and it came well done. I had to wait till 12:15 to get someone to come to the table and I told them and they said they didn't have time to make another steak. Because they close at 1am. I then asked for a brownie desert so I could eat something since I had to drive 2h home. At 12:40am they came back and said they couldn't make any more food. I've never left a place so hungry in my life. This is unacceptable. They also turned the light off at 12am hinting at they wanted everyone to leave. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to look at my food. I also just called the manager today again which is the next day and she told me that the other manager said I didn't want any food and that they were willing to make me new food and that they had dessert but I didn't want them. This is completely unacceptable and I ended up having to buy food from a pilot gas station that night. I will never go back there again even if they offered free food.
