Domino's Pizza

Great experience!! Thank you so much to the young man that made my pizza today. He accidentally couldn’t find the salami (can’t blame him for that, I lose things all the time 😂) but he offered to make me another one with salami after he found it later!!! He also threw in a dessert to be extra nice. I hope he gets a raise and is treated well by all customers. What a nice guy. I hope he sees this. I didn’t catch your name but thank you, you really made my day 😁😁😁

Don’t order from here. I placed an order today for carry out. After the order was placed, one of the guys that works there called my phone and said “Hi this is Domino’s. When you order carry out, leave a tip. I have to walk outside in the heat to your car so I expect to be given a tip” in a nasty tone to which I replied “are you kidding me right now? i was going to give you cash, but now I’m not giving you anything for being like this!” ((I’m a Hairstylist, I understand that gratuity is honestly the best given in cash, I literally never not tip because I know how it feels)) and he replied with “oh okay well you didn’t leave it on the card so I'm just gonna take my sweet time making your food”. This is so beyond unprofessional and I honestly have never had anyone be so disrespectful.

I was very badly treated by the lady who was making the pizza.I had ordered pizza but it was not well done. The toppings and the sauce was raw and uncooked,so I went back to the store in wayne location and showed them and mentioned that I don't want a replacement,plz refund my money back. I returned the pizza in one hour but the lady lied saying its been 2hrs.And she made me wait 30 min like a fool without answering what was the decision.No courtesy given to customers who are standing with a complaints and waiting.They neither gave me replacement nor money back.Absolutely poor customer service and pathetic treatment to Customers

I’ve literally only received my order on time and correct one time. This place is terrible and this being my 6th time ordering from this restaurant, I’ve decided I will not order from this location anymore. I ordered a pizza, a salad, and the lava cakes. My order took two hours to get here then when I got it my food was cold and my salad is obviously old. What a waste of money.
