The quality at this location has really slipped lately. The subs are poorly put together, and the meats, cheeses, lettuce, onions and peppers all seem to be rather skimpy too. The past 5 visits in the past couple of months have really disappointed me. I had to delete my previous 5 star review so that I could update to the new normal here.
I hope that the owner or manager gets this place back on track.

I fell in love with JJ's after my first sandwich. I wasn't disappointed with my BLT.
But inflation sure is making it harder to eat out

I am diabetic so I have to watch my carbs. So I was happy when I found Jimmy John's did unwhichs. It was easy to order from the app which allowed me to grab and go efficiently. But already they have changed the way you order on. The app and made it ambiguous at best and misleading at worst. And to compound things it's not just hard for the consumer but the staff can't seem to figure it out as well.i order without breath and my sandwich came with it. I was forced to pull the innards out. The sauce was non existent because of the bread so it was just hunks of meat with lettuce. $17 for a footling and the order is wrong the app makes no sense I'll keep my money and make one myself.

I rode my bike up there because the it said it closes at 9 but when I tried to open the door it was locked ( I went at around 6 30 pm)
And there was a worker there a man and he just looked at me , didn't say anything . Rude , don't say your open when your not .

I had to wait 2 hours for my last delivery, I was on lunch break and I called to cancel order but the guy on phone assured me " The driver is on the way" almost an hour into the delivery. I waited another hour and he told me same thing.
I had to call work and take rest of day off because I didnt know when my food would arrive.
Time ordered before that was almost same story.
Either hire more people or let customers know ahead of time your short on drivers or whatever. Not telling customers about delays is a serious issue.
I wont order from the Wayne mi. Location anymore.

Derek took my order today and I felt like he was rushing to take my order that’s why he didn’t ring up it right the first time.

I ordered a few minutes after they opened for delivery and after 45 minutes it still hadn’t arrived. i live one mile from the restaurant (5 minutes) so there is no reason it should take that long. so i called them and they had me on hold for almost 20 minutes and my food arrived while i was on hold. it arrived an hour after i ordered falling apart and didnt taste very fresh either. smh

Great sandwich. Melancholy employee.
He seemed unhappy to have a customer. I didn't mean to interrupt your day to day grind. I just wanted a bathroom break, a sandwich, a drink and a bag of chips. (I forgot the chips on the way out, thinking about the lack of hospitality). There were a total of three customers already seated and enjoying their fare. I was the only customer attempting to order. My purchase was made at 10:37AM before the lunch rush. As such he wasn't currently swamped by nearly any possible measure.
IDK what it is with the service industry workers in these modern times. Be happy, smile at and verbally great your guests. Being professional and affable seems more the aberration all the time. Yet, it is the very definition of any sort of service industry position. Not to mention there is an rediculously extremely high likelihood that the job description was no mystery when you applied and even less so after orientation.
Being happy is a choice. Doing your job shouldn't be a cosmic challenge. Be professional. Do your job well even when no one is looking. Be happy in all that you do. Separate one customer from the other and your private life from your professional position. It is just that easy. Choose compartmentalization if absolutely necessary.
"Half full or half empty"? It is the same circumstance. Your view is the difference. Choose optimism and professionalism.
You still get 4 stars. We all have off days but this was your one and only chance at a first impression to a new guest. There are no do-overs for an initial interaction. Life is short. Choose happiness. Choose it all the time: "Don't worry, be happy".
