The Birch Room Chophouse

Birch Room Chophouse was EXCELLENT for our wedding at Beaumont!! The pricing was more than reasonable with the highest quality food and service. Steven was so great to work with. They even set up a tasting prior to our event, and everything we tasted was wonderful. It was easy to choose things our guests would love. I could go on and on about how positive our experience was with Birch Room Chophouse and Beaumont!

Are you kidding me... it's amazing here! If I could give it 100000 stars I would. The decor is fantastic and created such a cool atmosphere! And the service was on point! We had some of their signature mules and we just couldn't get over how great they were--seriously great considering how big they are for the low cost! High quality and well crafted!!! The food was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend the salmon and brussel sprouts! This place is Nebraska's best kept secret. We were in town for sports, but we're already planing a trip back to Wayne just to eat here. ---- This place should be recognized and cherished!

This place is just what the City of Wayne needed. It's 1st class all the way. From the time you park your car, until you leave you will feel pampered and classy. I got the filet, and it was perfectly cooked. You can taste the quality, and the beef all comes from local farms. I like supporting local businesses. (I asked the server.) I would, and have recommended this place to all my family and friends.

Excellent food, outstanding service, and great drinks! You can tell they hold themselves to a higher standard than other restaurants in northeast Nebraska. It’s really not very expensive for the quality of food you’re getting and it’s like a being in a big city restaurant, but you’re treated like family. Our server was actually the owner, which was cool. She was great and we had a really great conversation. I think this place deserves to stay open post-pandemic! The atmosphere itself is worth checking out! And live music?! Yeah, it’s a great place—Nebraska’s best kept secret to be honest. Highly recommend!
