Starbucks

One of my favorite locations to get Starbucks! Located on Santa Monica Blvd, across from Sprouts/SWEAT Yoga/24 hr fitness gym and right by Trader Joe's 5/5 for staff who work here - so far I have always experienced great customer service. I feel like that's hard to find nowadays... Unfortunately I don't know their names, but whenever I am placing my order here, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. When I am waiting for my drink, the barista keeps you updated and says (in my case), "Emily, your drink is coming up!" They seem to be in a pleasant mood and cheerful. I usually order Starbucks via the mobile app, and the process is seamless. Usually the drinks are out the estimated time via the app (in 5-7 minutes), only once so far in the 10+ times I have come here did I have to wait an extra 5 minutes but that's okay... I barely had to wait! The drinks have always been consistent for me. I always get their refreshers or iced soy lattes. Very yummy! I haven't taken a look at their bathrooms or studied here so I can't say much about that.

One of the larger of the chain it's not freezing like most Starbucks. The staff is gay friendly as is required in West Hollywood. The coffee isn't really worth the money. It's all marketing hype. At least this one has enough power outlets to work on laptop while you sip. And the bathroom is open to public as required by corporate headquarters to everyone even if not buying drinks.

Nice location with very friendly staff. But needs to pay more attention to detail. More than once I've ordered a venti and been handed a grande. And I often get coupons, then can't use them for various reasons -- once I was told a frapp didn't meet the defintion of handcrafted as required by the coupon (it does) and twice the person working the register didn't know how to enter the coupon. But I love the people who work here.

It's _the_ place to go to get outta the sun, cool off, recharge your phone (and yourself) and if you're gay or looking for all the gays' you'll enjoy plenty of excellent wonderful people watching almost any time of day. Expect a well seasoned barista. This place is very meticulous with their coffee and they all have a general sense of impatience so know what you want to order before you reach the counter or expect instant glaring from all directions. Do plan ahead if you are on a mission today, because it's not the best pit-stop during rush hour. (Tip: Order from the Starbucks app on your phone and then pop in to pick it up.) Expect a small line, and an average wait of 10 mins during typical rush hour on weekdays.

It’s Starbucks; most should be familiar with the franchise. This is probably one of the larger locations in the area and possibly the busiest as well. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. Depending on what time of the day you come there will more than likely be a line because this location is busy. Fear not; the baristas are quick at getting orders out and made correctly. I prefer this location because of the larger seating arrangements and looking around you can tell others like it for the same reason. The area is awesome and everyone is friendly. Starbucks does offer sandwiches outside of their coffee’s, teas and specialty drinks but if you get hungry there are options within walking distance.
