Starbucks

This SB location gave me no greeting and no service even while I stood at the register..I did an about face. This spot is off my list. I'm an SB regular, but I have to stick to my principles of basic customer service. I stubbornly walked in the heat to a nearby SB inside a plaza on the s/e corner of Crescent Heights & Sunset. The vibe was better and the cold brew was delicious!

I know my coffee. I LOVE coffee. And I almost always get a latte. So today when I received my “latte” and it tasted like plain milk with maybe a few drops of coffee as if it had accidentally fallen in the milk, I go in the store to see if they’ll just fix it. Instead the barista acted like I was stupid and that’s how lattes are supposed to be. She actually argued with me and didn’t even look at the dang color of the cup of milky white beverage! They added a shot and still it tasted and looked weak in color but whatever, I’m just never going there again.

Out of Morning bun as usual very laxadazical forget full help this afternoon they forgot to make my frappaccino and today is a gold star day for it then they forgot what I was having and then when I said they forgot the entire blend other customers came in after me and left before me with their orders. It took me 15 min there were only three customers. I don't like to complain but this was not cool.

Horrible service- both baristas working were meeting my friendliness with rude and short answers. Failed to tell me they were out of drink carriers after I ordered all 4 drinks and just were down right unpleasant. Starbucks, your convenience doesn't make up for your burned espresso shots, bad coffee and rude customer service. Boo.
