Hands down an absolutely incredible space with incredible coffee & pastries (food too I just did it get any).

Got the house latte and chai latte. The chai latte was very watered down. It smells like chai but tasted nothing like chai latte. The house flavor latte was also watered down. They’re skimping out on a lot of flavor. I was very disappointed since I’ve been to other locations that uses verve coffee roasters and they were delicious. The interior is ver nice and clean. Staffs were all so nice. Parking is pretty difficult but it is walking distance from a lot of parking areas.

Very pleasant staff. Opens at 7am which is nice. Coffee is very good. I just had a regular one (no additional fluff). Almond croissant and coffee cake were just “ok”. Not too fresh to be honest.

Great coffee place and I think the best avo toast I’ve had so far. Came there twice! Super nice venue.

Where should I start? The staff is so welcoming and amazing. The cappuccino is my favorite with avocado toast. I start my day with cup of cappuccino from this place. Sit outside on patio or on the steps and it feels so calm.
