Domino's Pizza

Just trying to order 4 pizzas and wings and more but the guy name is David who didn’t know what his doing and he make me repeat my order several times.I ask him can you transfer to someone else if you don’t understand how to take the order .He didn’t so i’ll try to continue with him. After the order i ask him can you repeat my order just make sure you got it right he was trying to guess what i order and all wrong info provided me i got very upset and i told him never mind.i can’t believe people like him working for that kind of huge company. I would never wanna buy a food from that place and never recommend any my friends and families.

Okay experience was meh but service was fast. I was traveling and decided I wanted a pizza so I ordered on the road large $6.99 pizza. But who cuts a pizza like this. I've never had a pizza cut this way unless it a square. Service, well that another story. There these two gentlemen "sort of" pretty slow for understanding English. Took them 5 minutes to hand me my pizza, change & receipt. Yet they were able to baked the pizza in 9 minutes. Oh yeah place has flies buzzing all over the place especially near the exposed food. Any who pizza good hope I don't get food poisoning. But I don't plan on going there anytime soon.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering here. These reviews reflect on the horrible manager that was in charge for the day time shift between 1:36pm,-3:00pm Super bowl Sunday. server #0231 order #284. placed the order at 1:36pm for 12 large pizzas. no one mentioned anything about paying first before ordering. this order was a pick up mind you. i was then called 15 mins later because someone wanted to confirm the order. I was then told I couldn't add anything else to the order unless i came in to order it in person. When i came in to pick up the 12 large pizzas i ordered and paid for the manager had a sour attitude and couldn't take constructive criticism with out keeping her cool. She was very disrespectful. the things she said is too embarrassing to post on here. I really suggest the owner to do something about there staff and maybe find yourself a new manager.

Worse location I called and order my pizza and when I arrive to the store I provide them with my name and number and can't find my order. So I call the same number and the same guy that took my order answers and tells me order didn't go thru. I drove there for no reason thinking my food was going to be done. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

Can never get orders correct, takes longer to receive your original order/s. They have zero ownership of their brand and fail to honor their own policies and credit's. Management looks down on customer feed back and complaints rather that take ownership to course correct customer experience. They hire associates that do not protect the brand instead of $20 bottom line cost. They spend dollars to save penny's. Domino's is nothing like it was 7 years ago. I hope they have the courage to keep this post and do the correct thing for their bran and future.

In the middle of this pandemic,just when it seemed like all people were being selfish, thinking of only themselves, I happened to order from dominos and got the most amazing service. From an employee named Shawn. He was so genuinely happy to help me stretch my buck and gave good advice. Not that I didnt know it before but with all the rushing we do around our lives daily, sometimes our common sense goes out the window and we forget about things like concerns for other people, compassion,fairness. We lose our selves. This employee was genuinely a true caring person. I recommend this dominos not only for its food which is always good but the customer service is even better than the pizza itself. Thanks Shawn and thanks dominos. Well Done!!!
