We stayed with the small plates, the cornbread was outstanding as was the lamb belly. Second round of small plates was less memorable. Fries were hard on edges. Wine fairly pricey for an OK Cabernet. Tables close together so expect to hear some of the neighbors conversation. Service very attentive. Would go back if ever in LA again.

Well, I loved the food... LOVED -- until we noticed a hair within the whipped cream in the French Toast. Everything was delicious, and just wish we didn't find that. However, they did wipe off the dish from the bill (which of course they had to) and offered us a dessert on the house. The dessert, which was their take on "milk & cookies" was incredible. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and will absolutely be back... just hoping for a hairless experience next time. UPDATE: Went back a few months later -- had to give them another shot. Sent the food back, again. TWICE! We sent the food back twice. Food was cold, and not properly made. I NEVER SEND FOOD BACK! EVER! This place just isn't up to par at all. Not only that, the table behind us sent their food back too. Never going back again. Sorry. I tried.

Don't get me wrong, the food was good...but over $30 for a single piece of fried chicken and a small serving of cornbread just doesn't cut it. The prices at this place are outrageous! If the food was amazing, then I would justify the cost but it was just good. And that's how everyone at our table felt when we saw the bill. The service was just awful. Our waitress was friendly but seemed uniformed and checked up on us very infrequently. To top it off it took over 20 minutes for our waitress to clear our plates after we had all finished.

Good little restaurant for chatting with friends. Their Game of Thrones Rack of Lamb did not disappoint, and the charcuterie offerings are good. Management is friendly, and the chef is very accommodating. They had a miss with the apple beignet, and the chef was quick to fix the problem. Only criticism would be the absence of a cocktail menu.

Nice place to have brunch. The "small plates" were smaller than we thought, for the price that they were. We also had the 10.00 bottomless mimosas which were great, but were also so potent that 2 of us were unnecessarily drunk at 2 PM LOL, but that was also our fault too. Nice food, but a bit on the overly-pricey side for what you get.
