Pollo Tropical

This place is absolutely filthy. Workers here are incompetent and food takes forever to come out and when it does, the order is usually wrong. Two of three doors don’t close completely, allowing flies to come in. Tiles are falling off walls in dining room and are stacked on floor, food debris is all over the floor and tables appear to have last been cleaned when they were manufactured. How this company can allow this location to remain open is a mystery. I won’t begin to describe the restrooms because their condition is beyond imaginable. Filthy rub marks on touch surfaces and doors give all the insight needed as to cleanliness protocols in this place. It is stomach-churning and if this approach to cleanliness is followed in the prep and cooking area, then you are literally playing Russian roulette with your health.

The daytime service here is always busy and slow but understandable. The night time however is very bad I ordered 2 pork family meals and didn't receive my plantains and was barely given a bag to put the containers of chicken in. I try not to blame the employees but it was obvious tonight that the employees who were serving me just didn't care. Over heard someone say "he ain't getting me to do all that" while finally getting me a bag

A week ago I decided to stop going to this location. This is by far the worse Pollo Tropical in Palm Beach county. I’m Not quite sure how they’re still in operation. I’ve gone to this location a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt and I get the same result every time. Well not anymore I’m done. The customer service is a zero and the food gets an F. They’re always out of something, and the food isn’t the greatest. The restrooms are filthy! The drive through is ridiculously a long wait every time and they always get your order wrong. The workers are very rude and could careless about the customer. I will NOT be spending a dime here again.

I would give 0 stars. In this place there is always something wrong. First I always have to wait about 30minutes in the drive thru to get service because they work too slow. They never have sauces, and when they give me the food I have to open the bag because there is always something missing. A couple of times I bought soup and there was not chicken inside!! The fun thing is that they never loose because they always charge even for food they don’t give to customers. It’s sad that this is the most closer pollo tropical from my home. Really disappointed!

By far the worst experience I ever had was at this location . 3/13/2022 at 5 pm No whole Chickens after waiting 25 min online at the drive thru . Ok so I understand that these things sometimes happen. But I continue to order other things . My total bill was 60.00 . I watched the manager wrap my Cuban Sandwich which was ice cold . Things were forgotten with in my order but I checked it in parking lot before leaving . So I was able to go in and get them . The store was a filthy dirty mess . Ok once again I understand your are busy . When I got home none of my order was in edible. Everything went in the trash . Nothing was eaten . Listen you are better off closing down for an hour to regroup and get it together when your totally in the weeds . Everyone needs to be retrained . I will never return to this location.
