Wendy's

This place is the most filthy fast food restaurant I’ve ever had the displeasure of dinning at. No come! The toilets over full of xxx, no hand soap or paper towels in the ladies room. Toilet paper covered the floor. An associate came out of the stall and DID NOT wash her hands! Not the larger stall that included a sink, I used that one. The trash was full and over flowing. We had to leave our trash on a nearby table The staff was non communicable. I will absolutely NEVER return to this location.

The slowest drive-through I have ever experienced. After pulling over to the speaker, I didn't hear a noise, called 3 times and when I was about to drive up to the window someone responded asking me to wait. After 11 minutes I called the attendant she finally took my order, when I drove up to the window there was another car waiting at the window, after waiting for a few more minutes I was given my order, the French fries were already soggy.

Eaten here 10x the last two months as our hotel is next door. Awful. Disgusting. Every order, time after time is wrong. 4 times I've ordered something with no mayo. They are batting 0 for 4 on that. They've also overcharged me routinely which I don't bother to go back for. I'm really gonna go yell at some poor girl trying to pay her bills...nah I'll leave her be. But this location clearly needs new management. Again I lived next to it for a month...I would never write this if it was just once. But this place needs a lot of something. Customer beware....

I ordered in DoorDash one day and waited for almost 2 hours to find out that the location was closed. How were they closed?? It was super odd and not even 9:00pm when I ordered. The lines are always long here as well. I have to travel to different location when this one is the closest since they never have it together.

I was truly looking forward to my strawberry frosties earlier. A very young lady at the window took my card and said your card isn't working I responded and told her it was she closed back the window and told her other employees I had a attitude so you know what I did gave her an attitude. How dare you lie on me when all I told you was my card works it's either their machine wasn't working or she didn't know what she was doing had to drive almost 15mins to another wendy's and my card works perfectly fine 🤔 They really need to switch out the people they have at the window .... too young and too rude and had the nerve to be staring me down so hard like baby girl go find someone to play with she probably don't know what a good whooping is

Happened to stop while driving from Ft. Lauderdale and had a terrible take out meal. The place does not appear clean, the staff was not very friendly. We were the only ones in the place at lunch time and they got our order wrong. The food was cold and stale tasting. Hopefully dint have to return. I usually like Wendy's, but would not recommend this location.
