Easy to find off Okeechobee Blvd with plenty of entrances if you have to make a u-turn. The drivethru is fast service and somewhat friendly. If you like chicken like we do this is for you. The flavor of sauce is great. The friedmushrooms are to die for and brought back memories of A.W. days and their fried mushrooms. The wings are nice and saucy with great flavor too.

There was this manager named Kelvin and he was so awesome. I came in to pick up my Uber eats order and he walked with me out to my car to help me carry everything because the store was out of cup holders. He stood there as I got everything into the car and waited and handed me all of my stuff for the order. I was really grateful because not a lot of people have customer service skills like that. I left feeling good and energized and not drained after my experience at zaxbys.

Was the worse experience in this great food chain. Since you enter was duty, I had to wait for the cashier with duty floor as you see. After I paid the cashier give me the cup and don't tell me nothing. I went to serve my soda and the machine was only serving diet spring and diet fanta. I have to ask her if they have something else and she ask me what I want, get my cup and serve me with a drive thru machine. I seat to wait my food and 10min later the cashier tell me that they didn't have more grill chicken so I have to choice something else, I get a chicken wings and they give me with out celery and bread, I have to asked for that as a missing. The trash was closed in conclusion not recommended
