Wendy's

Food is great 80% of the time. Love it but the fact that y'all close 2 to 3 hours before your supposed to and it takes 45 minutes in the drive through for each order is ridiculous. Everytime we come there the service is horrible the employees are nasty to the customers and will only work on one order at a time. If there is anyone eating inside they come first before the drive thru line and make people in the drive thru wait up to an hr for their order. This is poor management at its finest. Its not right for what they are charging for their food. And tonight we did not even get a full order of fries.

I was traveling late for an appointment and figured to go here instead of a local place because of time. Got a regular chicken sandwich meal. I was going to order more but was cut off with the total. I got spicy instead. the strawberry lemonade was so much sweeter than other locations I couldn't drink it. And like another review, it took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-through.

Food is good, if they get your order right. And that’s if you have the patience to wait an hour in the drive through line. Literally don’t understand what could take so long. Sat in one place in like for 20 minutes waiting for the drive through line to move up. I get that stuff happens and it takes a while sometimes but it’s every single time. This is absolutely not a FAST food restaurant, you could walk in, sit down and have a full meal before you would have even ordered at this Wendy’s

We went to grab a couple of burgers for the family and they were short staffed. Line was wrapped around the block and when we started ordering we were rudely interrupted and told we can’t order more food because they’re short staffed. If you’re that short staffed, close for the day. Simple as that. Won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s. Plus the cook had her phone in her hand on speaker the whole time she was preparing food. Come on now.

Came around 9:30am today for a quick breakfast and girl at the window didn't get my order right. I pulled up to the window to try to correct it and tell her its the honey butter biscuits with NO chicken since she told me to pull forward. She looked annoyed and said "what you mean??" So I said nevermind because if she's coming at me like that I don't want her to make my food... she had airpods in so if she took em out she would've heard me clearly.

I worked at fast food, im not the type to say a place is slow cuz i know how many things can go wrong. But they seem to be dealing with lazy employees. We were about 45 minutes on the line then another half hour on the window after paying. From what we saw some employee was trying to just leave and convince manager to close early, but thats just what we saw when we got to the window. Got some good employees who tried making things right tho, kudos to them
