Pizza Hut

It is National Pizza Day and we’ve been wanting to try the Spicy Lovers Pizza from Pizza Hut. The West Springfield location is the only actual Pizza Hut restaurant around. I put an order in online and it was ready within 15 minutes. We got the Spicy Lovers Pizza, an original pan pizza, cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. If you like spice, the Spicy Lovers Pizza had the perfect amount of heat to it. It was delicious. All the other food was very enjoyable too. No complaints from the family!

Extremely slow…! Never Again…!!! Called to make an order and the gentleman on the phone was surrounded by lots of kitchen noise. Showed up in person, only to be told 1 of my orders has been out of stock and a worker forgot to place the order. Sat inside and have been waiting for over one hour. Worse place to get food in all of Massachusetts!

If you want to be served by a very rude girl and find hair in your pizza - specifically blonde hair - this is the place for you! I got carside carryout and the girl who brought it out had a terrible attitude. I said hi and thanked her, she barely said a word. Overall a very nasty disposition. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got home and we opened our breadsticks, there was hair in it. Blonde hair. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it either.

Tables arent always clean. But come promptly when asked. Seeings how its the only one left i give it 5 stars , stuffed crust is the BEST! THEY NEED TO GET BACK THEIR RONI OR JUST CHZ PIZZA ROLLERS. which are perfect for those of us who just want the stuffed crust! Try it out. Spend money their they r still much better than any regular piZZA SHOP. PIZZA HUT IS AN AMERICAN CLASSIC, BRING THEM BACK AND TGE BUFFET...PRETTY PLEASE!

Hey, it's Pizza Hut... not much has changed over the years but the in-restaurant dining is more like a fast food place, and the menu online is impossible unless you're actually building your to-go order. They do give you a paper menu when you dine in that's much easier to see all the options (some aren't even listed online). They also still run Book-it, the kids reading program that allows kids to read books and earn a free personal pan pizza, kids love it! Other than the staff seeming distant and not super attentive or helpful, the pizza is still very pizza-hut'ish and what you'd expect.
