Burger King

Horrible service here! Don't expect to get your order correct in drive thru. The ladies here are rude, arrogant & extremely nasty to customers & have a really bad attitude. The manager is also a joke & needs to be retrained on customer service! I am not surprised this BK only got 3 stars, I can see why. I'm surprised it wasn't less. This is my 1st time coming here & it will also be my last. Absolutely worst restaurant ever. I don't know how these employees even have a job here. I'm sure they've received multiple complaints. The woman from drive thru actually laughed in my face after making a mistake with my order & the manager laughed also. No apologies given. I don't think this is how you're supposed to treat paying customers. I'm amazed at the disrespectful behavior of this staff. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. I also plan to file a complaint with corporate. You won't last long if you keep up with that demeanor! Inside of the restaurant was very dirty & in desperate need of cleaning. Very unimpressed. If you're in West Springfield, I highly suggest going someplace else, anywhere but here for food! Huge disappointment. Never again. I'm glad they had a survey on my receipt, I was certainly pleased to inform BK of my horrible experience here. Do not waste your time or money please. With so many other nearby restaurants, you're much better off taking your business elsewhere...unless you want the wrong order & to be treated terribly. Awful service. Incredibly unacceptable! I've never had such a negative experience at any fast food restaurant before, and I've visited several. Please hire new staff, properly train them & clean this place up if you expect to stay in business. I'm surprised they weren't shut down by now by the board of health, between the dirty lobby/dining area & the careless, neglectful behavior of staff.

Paid for large onion rings that had less than half a container. Asked for no onions on a burger and of course it had onions. The fries that came w the burger were less than half full as well. Terrible customer service and the food was cold 🙄. I know it's just burger King but the experience was trash. Don't waste your money At this one. Find one elsewhere.

So…. Where do I begin. This is not a place I advise to eat at. Their manager is a person to reckon with. And when we said that we will give them low rating for being rude (the manager) she said I don’t care. So enter this Burger King on river-dale street with caution. And I’m someone with experience. So I saved the readers a trip to this Burger Place.

I was behind the most ridiculous customer I’ve ever seen in the drive thru today who decided to be indecisive about their order, spend what felt like at least 10-15 minutes discussing it with all of his passengers, then decide to completely start over and hold up the whole drive thru line. (This was at around 5pm/dinner rush) These workers were so professional and were still able to be on top of mine and other customers orders and they deserve props.
