Sushi House

Tucked away in Danada TownSquare is Sushi Ukai. It’s a little unassuming, but it’s a standout of a sushi and Japanese dining experience. To be fair, we just had the edamami and sushi for lunch. All of it, delicious. The sushi was amazing actually. You can tell someone knows what they’re doing with flavors and composing rolls. Pro tip: go with the dry sake to share with your sushi. Sushi Ukai was great. That kitchen is putting out some flavor. And the added art work on our plate was over the top, but in a very good way. I loved the fence and art display that held together with Wasabi. That added a whole layer to our time that was all about them just wanting us to have a good time. Thanks. 10/10 recommend

It's in a strip mall, but you forget that quickly. I'm not an avid sushi comsumer. They helped us decide what to order. We ended up with Bento Box B. It consisted of Teriyaki Chicken, rice, veggie tempura, shrimp tempura, and something I didn't recognize (but it was tasty). That was split between the 2 of us. We also ordered Eel, just because, which was delicious. They kept coming back to see if we needed anything. My kid wanted to try seaweed without anything, just seaweed. They brought out 2 squares. We weren't charged for them.
