The Simple Greek

Easily a hidden gem in Wichita Falls! They have a very simple menu but the staff is more than willing to guide you through the ordering process. It has a Chipotle style ordering process with a much more simplified menu so you won't feel overwhelmed. I've only been here a few times (this week) and haven't tried something on the menu that I didn't love! The bowls are simple and satisfying. The (homemade) rice pudding is a perfect compliment to the entreé and the baklava & dalmades are a divine accessory or could be used as an appetizer. They cater too! With quick order turnarounds or have them delivery your food to you ... This place is awesome.

Yes five stars, they know what they're doing. A bowl of lentils that are superb in preparation and helpfulness. The fresh toppings and the variety make a real meal. The lemon chicken soup is excellent, skip the rice and go for a heaping spoonful of diced cucumber. This will be my go-to restaurant next time I'm in Wichita Falls.

First time I visited, I ordered a gyro. Was not impressed. Second time I visited, I ordered another gyro. Still was not impressed. Third time I visited, I ordered a bowl with lentils. Much better. Now, when I come here I only get the bowls. I'm not sure what it is about their pita, but I just don't care for them. So, either way, give it a try. Maybe you'll have a different experience.
