Papa Johns Pizza

Passing through the area. Decided to order a pizza for dinner. Glad I ordered from this pizza chain. Guy that took my order was slightly difficult to order from. Maybe new or something. Pizza arrived really fast. Delivery person was great. Order was correct ( I order unconventional pizza) and delicious. This Papa John's may make them my "go to" chain for pizza when traveling

We live in the Lincoln Heights apartments while my husband finishes up tech school at Sheppard. There was a coupon left on our door so we decided to give it a try. Pizza tasted delicious and delivered within 30 minutes of ordering. Although there was a $3 delivery fee, next time we will just drive and pick it up since it’s right across the street.

Have never had a complaint. And the one time I got delivered and charged for a pizza that I didn't even order. I did order a pizza and sides but the sides that I got an appetizers were all right but my extra large pizza was wrong and the sticker on it wasn't even the right order. So when I told the delivery driver before he left that it was the wrong pizza and you know try to figure out with him what we can do. Because my order was like $60 LOL. But the delivery driver ended up being really cool about it. he ended up giving me that extra large pizza went back to the Papa John's after calling them and having them make mine. And brought it back to me. So it was cool I got my meal and an extra large pizza for the inconvenience . Thank you Papa John's

Surely not made at its best quality. I ordered a medium pizza and it was almost a personal pan pizza. It was made very fast after I submitted my order online and I can see why. This is my first order and maybe will give a second chance for redemption. Customer service could be more friendlier and greet incoming customers.

The delivery driver was excellent (made two trips to the bldg) everything was terrible. *first call I was told I had an invalid address (end call try again), slightly more knowledgeable but was told they don’t deliver to my bldg (lodging .7 miles away). Third call (yet another different employee) placed my order and was told thirty minutes 🙌. An hour goes by and I call back supposedly the bldg number was put in but not the room number. The delivery person picked up this time and finally hooked it up...easily the worst service out of a pizza chain I’ve ever experienced (minus the delivery person).
