No longer live in Wilmington but was in town so i stopped. Improvements have been made to inside so it looks better. Service has improved greatly. My only suggestion would be to keep the food hotter but i was there near closing time. Cost is up but that is true everywhere. Im just glad to see they made it past covid and it is still a southern style food restaurant.

Do you want some home? Cooking cases is the place a choice from fried chicken, chitterlings stew, Bb, Brunswick stew, turkey and gravy and ham. You can get shrimp. Just remember you have to order ahead of time it’s not on the cart. They have dessert and ice cream and the friendly staff you can meet

We dined at Casey's on Sept 17. We had a large group as we were celebrating our wedding weekend. They were so hospitable towards our family. The food was excellent and service was out of this world. I cannot express how friendly the staff was. It was definitely a very pleasant experience for us whom have dined there before and was a great way to share some good down home southern cooking with my husbands family from CT. The food never disappoints when eating at Casey's. Absolutely love this place.

The food was phenomenal!! The restaurant could use a serious cleaning. Dead flies on the window seals. The carpet is 🤢 The food was a 10.

Very nice restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was great. Very flavorful (well-seasoned) and tasty. I don’t care for gravy but it looked so good on someone else’s plate I had to get some and it was as good as it looked. You can’t go wrong with any of the many varied buffet items so go on by and check them out! Food was so good I forgot to take pics of our full plates.

I can't say enough good things about Casey's. Everything is amazing. The food, the service, atmosphere, everything. If you love soul food & come to Wilmington, NC, you HAVE to go to Casey's. If they don't have what you want on the buffet, they'll make a fresh batch just for you. Super nice staff that treat you like family. The only bad part about Casey's is I need a nap & spandex pants as soon as I leave. You're missing out if you don't.

I wish I took the picture of my first plate with that perfectly fried pork chop on it because.... GOT-TOW-MIGHTY! The food here is GOOOOD!!! Kool aid is popping and my lips were smacking. You need to try this place for yourself and wear something comfy because you're going to loose your mind and restraint.

Food was amazing. Southern comfort food. If you are looking to feast at an affordable price, this will hit the spot. The pork offerings were great. I don't often eat pork. So when I do I really want it to be good.
I eat keto friendly only and found many offerings that fit my lifestyle.
The staff was so friendly and attentive. The cashier was engaging and warm. She made you feel right at home.
I will definitely be back.
