Heaven Tristan, and Janiyah with the epitome of what quick service food restaurants should be the friendly customer service, quick greet with a smile. Has made this my new favorite Chick-fil-A. I would recommend this one to anyone over any of the other Chick-fil-A in Wilmington.

the blonde manager that was working day shift today when i came in is literally stronger than the marines. i watched her get cussed at three times in a row over veryyy trivial things. one lady complained about the size of her ice cream cone and then immediately wanted a refund. another lady said she had been waiting 35 minutes, when in reality she had ordered after me and i had been there for maybe five minutes. i just wanted to shout her out because i know how tough it can be, especially when you’re the one running that place.

I deliver with UberEats and the staff here are great! They acknowledge you’re there and work hard to get the order ready as fast as they can!

Great service as always & the food was delicious. I just wanted to be sure the online ordering program is working properly at the Independence Mall location. This is the second time in a week I ordered online giving them plenty of time to complete the order, but when I arrived both times, the order wasn’t ready & I was told it was stuck in the computer so I had to wait awhile. Until this is fixed, you may find it best to order online to beat the line, but rush over to have them get it out of the computer & wait for them to fill the order.

Fast and friendly!! I did a mobile order as we were traveling through, forgot drinks, and even though she was busy the employee grabbed 3 drinks very fast and with a smile! I apologized several times and she kept saying no problem. Food was great!

Jeremiah has now helped me correct my order twice and he’s always so helpful and friendly. That guy is what I would call the quintessential chick fil a employee. Dude deserves a promotion for real.

It's always a great day at Chick-fil-A. Never hardly have to wait and you always get customer service with a smile. My order is never wrong and it's always their pleasure to make sure you're having a great day when you're at Chick-fil-A.

My order is always correct and I always get it very fast, even on busy days. I work in the mall and Joshua always makes a point to make me feel appreciated and puts me in a good mood. He's absolutely amazing, as is the rest of the staff.
