15 minutes in the line just to move up 2 cars. Ended up canceling my order and leaving the line. This McDonald’s constantly have extreme wait times. Better off going to a different McDonald’s down the road

Food is uniform with expected McDonald's requirements. Seems understaffed and I had to pull forward in the drive through and wait 5min for a happy meal and big Mac combo for my kids. Seems like those items would be much faster. Staff was pleasant.

Been to this McDonald’s 6 times. Every single time have had to wait 30+ minutes for my food and have had to just leave after being in the drive they for over an hour twice. This is a consistent sight to see at this McDonald’s. Last time I went I waited 45 minutes for a medium strawberry milkshake, the guy puts it on the counter and walks away without calling out the number or putting a ticket beside the drink. I wait 10 more minutes to get the guys attention because there’s another lady in front of me complaining about her food and how slow it is, just for him to tell me it’s my food. Then when I get home my girlfriend tells me it’s a smoothie and not a milkshake. Do not waste your time here if the line is long, they will mess up your food and if you don’t have the patience or the confidence to speak up about it it’s not worth the wait, go to a different McDonald’s.

Very bad attention... They don't give napkins... In the combos they do not give soda... They take a long time... I had to wait half an hour to eat a Burger that the meat was greasy and made half sheet put lettuce and an onion thread. Burger King is much better.

At the drive thru today no one bothered to take my order. The car in front of me drove off after a long wait. The other line was rolling along but not mine. After more than 5 minutes I drove to the pay window to complain. He took my order and just walked off. So I left. Second time this has happened! Who runs a business like that? Ridiculous.

Food was good. Didn't have bagels. I was gonna order my original but for some reason when we leave VA no McDonalds carries bagels. But food was good, service was good. Wait was long but it was busy breakfast time and that's normal anywhere

Manager was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Messed up order and blamed me for messed up. While I was talking to her she just walked away. Customer service stuck. When she kept saying she don't know what's wrong her hands messing up. Just Rude and an unprofessional.

They took 45 minutes to give me my food and they gave it to me because i had to remind them multiples times. The food was cold. They attended other people who arrived much later than I did. It’s the worst McDonald I have ever been in. I do not recommend coming to eat at this particular McDonald.
