The atmosphere was great they offer music, and great conversation and most of all a supportive coach/owner Mikele . I am one that is very skeptical about these so called shakes but here at Salt Lyfe Nutrition its more about getting you healthy so that you can live a healthier more active and fit life not about the right now moment or quick fixes Mikele wants you to make a life style change not a right now change. She offers wellness profiles after your first visit! Thats a plus! There will always be some that think everything in life should be FREE but you have to invest in yourself. Thanks Mikele for being supportive and honest about the great products from Herbalife you are so appreciated in the community.
