Five Guys

I will be very hard pressed to EVER ORDER from here EVER again. We ordered three burgers. We got one wrapped in rotten lettuce. See picture. And two veggie sandwiches. Called and they said they would remake the two burgers over. Get there, they made the whole order over again. Open the bag with the new order, fries were thrown in bag on top of burgers. Greasy as all get out. Definitely not drained before cupping them. Then the two replacement burgers had all the wrong condiments and rolls were stale. Burgers were hard as a brick. Eight were on the dinner shift. No manager available on call and a young man pretended to be management when I returned the veggie sandwiches. Sad situation over there. Each person has a job there. One job. Lesson learned. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FIVE GUYS. Would have left no stars if I could!

Just placed an online order , arrived to the five guys 15 minutes later. Came in with 0 other customers and mentioned my pickup order name to two employees. Neither did anything or checked for my order, same thing happened 5 minutes later. After 20 minutes they pull my bag off the rack which had clearly been there the whole time , and then tried to play it off like it just came out. $10.15 for a soggy five guys burger. Glorious.

I ordered my burger with raw onions, jalapenos and mayo. They must have put about four full table spoons of mayo on it,so much I couldn't taste the onions or jalapenos. The French fries were so under cooked they limp and raw tasting. The quality of this place has really went down over the last six month's .purchase on Saturday 4-23-22.

Goodness gracious: asking for only 2 of the dozen possible add-ins, I still ended up with only one. Not a busy day/time, either; literally one other milkshake order before mine, which was already made when I came to pickup my online order. Ridiculous, especially when ChikFilA offers a FAR superior milkshake, for almost $2 less. For sure aint going back.
