Cafe Pomodoro

We moved from Wilmington to Pike creek so naturally we had to try all the different pizza places around. Cafe Pom is by FAR the best. The pizza is delicious. We order about twice a week probably. Great food. The only semi negative thing I have to say is regarding the cannolis. I have a major sugar addiction so every time I order I make sure and get some. The cannolis were always nice and crunchy. But ths past 6 or 7 cannolis I've ordered were soft and soggy. Every time I order one I hope it's back to the way it used to be but it's not. Probably won't order any of them for a while. But regardless, this place is fire!!

Great experience for lunch and dinner! This awesome little Italian restaurant/pizzeria is tucked away in the corner of the Shops at Limestone Hills. Tried a slice of pizza and the chicken soup. Pizza was NY style, which I love, and the soup was definitely homemade. The owner is from Sicily, so everything is the real deal. Lunch was so good, I went back for dinner the following night and tried the Zuppa Di Pesce. Super fresh seafood with a generous portion. I'd order it again in a minute. Just impressive all around. Cannoli was awesome too! Service was friendly and attentive, which has been difficult to find these days. This is a welcomed addition to Pike Creek, and I'll be stopping in whenever I'm in the area.

This was our first time trying Cafe Pomodoro. We were excited that they delivered, and had such great reviews. We ordered pizzas, which were delicious. The bonus was that they arrived earlier than promised, and the delivery guy was super polite. He even held my storm door so that it did not slam back. May seem like nothing big, but it left a big impression. Will definitely be ordering again!
