Dunkin'

Do not order espresso from this location. They pre-brew it when you’re not supposed to and they let it sit. Espresso is supposed to be brew to order. When coffee sits for a certain amount of time, it breaks down. They still use the espresso even after it’s been sitting there awhile. It’s disgusting. Please do not do it to yourself. Go to another Dunkin and get a fresh latte.

I usually go to the dunkins by Market Basket but I tried this one out today. The manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years, I was baffled by the attitude of this woman. She didn’t have a name tag but she was working at 10 AM and today is Sunday. She was so rude to everyone in line and specifically to my mom. If you want dunkins I recommend any other one in the area. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Well for Last. Minute screw ups. By Delta airlines as they left my Wife in Atlanta for her connecting Flight to head to Manchester. N.H. but in stead the flight originated From Texas to Atlanta was late. Theirfore 1st. The lady at the Desk tells her well you can't get the next flight to Manchester the next day to get their 11a.m. the next..we were furios as for their negligence why my Wife didnt make it, Was their problem in still knowing that they say we can offer you 15% to witch the room would of cost $89.00 or sumthing like that being outrageous she preceded to say not acceptable so the lady then tells her oh we can get you to. Boston...BUT. SHE TELLS MY WIFE RUN FAST TO THE NEXT GATE SO SHE CAN CATCH THE FLIGHT AS SHE DID THAT MY WIFE THEN LOSES HER I.D...NOT ONLY THAT I WAS EXPECTED TO GET HER AT 11:45PM...INSTEAD SHE FINALLY GETS INTO BOSTON(LOGAN AIRPORT AT ABOUT 130am..another 35minutes late to get their as well...SO NOT ONLY DID SHE GET SCREWED BOTH TIMES WITH THEIR FLIGHTS...ONTOP OF ALL THAT..NO--F---ING-- LUGGAGE...THE ICING ON THE CAKE, NOW INTO THE OFFICE WIITH NO LUGGAGE IN SITE..1-1/2-LATER STILL NO LUGGAGE..NO RIDE AND NO reputable service MY WIFE IS STRANDED TO TOP IT OFF..SHE HAD NO CASH IN HAND PLUS ALL THE CREDIT CARDS ARE IN THE LUGGAGE...I KNOW YOU USALLY. You have it in your walley in a carry-on bag.BUT SHE WAS BRINGING GIFTS AN EXTRA ITEMS FOR GIFTS THAT WERE BREAKABLE THEIRFORE NEEDING THE SPACE IN HER POCKET BOOK...NONE THE LESS SHE WAS STUCK AN GOT A CALL TODAY LETTING HER KNOW THAT THE LUGGAGE WILL BE HERE BY 10PM TONIGHT..WHAT. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DELTA .!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT FAIR and they should have consequences to where deira compensate or do something nice for my wife for going through all that Hassle and bologna from them either anyway the whole point it is just so you can share this story so everybody knows be careful when they're booking with Delta or any Airline for that matter But To how we got to the Irving station an inside their was a Dunkin Donuts to where we perceive to grab some ice coffee and some donuts and I have to say I had chocolate frosted donuts and usually they're light and soft but these were a little thicker and filling but the donuts were good just never had Donuts like that from Dunkin Donuts before so I have to say I will give him a 4 and 1/2 rating star thank you all and I love Bean town!!!!!!

This morning I ordered “medium strawberry refresher light ice and two snack wraps the cheese and egg ones” that is how I said my order simple and clear. The women on the speaker YELLED “WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU ARE BUMBLING!” I said oh sorry repeated the order AGAIN and asked can you hear me? Then she said I don’t know what you are saying. I said alright never mind. Ordered at the window the same exact way I said the first time. Still they didn’t understand snack wrap two for two. I have a refresher but I won’t be back again.
