The food I ordered was great. My issue is that I entered right before closing ( I was that person) and the staff were packing bagels and pastries. Not sure what protocol is for this stuff, but I seen flies all over it. I really hope they are not put out the next day.

I ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich and it had hardly anything in between the bread. I would have laughed if I wasn't crying.

I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order was ready on time, perfectly packed and the bear claw was delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. Coffee here is always refreshing.
*The parking here is a bit tricky due to the uphill parking lot.

Today's Tuna Sandwich contained a piece of plastic the size of a finger. Foreign objects in food can be considered and understood as a mistake. But she, who does the calling of customers' names, never said sorry to me, and her expression made me even more offended. The remade sandwich had almost no tuna salad in it. I felt neglected by the staff today. The kindness of the staff is an important part of winning the love of customers.

Only thing that made me sad was having to pick a new sandwich 🥪 because they dont have the one I used to get 10 yrs ago. But on the brightside they still make the Asiago cheese foccacia so I get to craft my old classic at home!

Panera is fantastic eatery. The food is always fresh and clean. There’s a great bakery where I always buy my bread. I’m not a fan of the coffee, but I think everyone is picky when it comes to coffee.
The parking lot of this strip is jammed, especially during prime eating times. You don’t need to park in front though. There is a lot on the side, but beware. The lot is a funky slope. I’m always afraid my car will roll away.

Super easy online ordering and safe curbside pickup. Got the Baja bowl and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I've visited 2 location of Panera within a week. I love the cozy and warm athmosphere of the Middletown branch. The kirkwood highway not so much. The food however taste fresh and thoughtfully made. Its about $10 for a full sandwich and about roughly 10 on a full bowl soup.
