There is always a problem with the food. Customer service sucks they can't take a order properly or follow directions. They don't correct any problems at the point of service. The owner/manager Henry gives you his name tells you that you will have a credit for your next order but whenever you call for another order they conveniently don't know what your talking about and they have Been doing that since opening in Delaware. In the past year and a half the quality of food, menu selections and portion sizes has declined. Tired of so many issues will never order from them again.

Pizzas were near cold upon delivery. The delivery drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional in more ways than one. They went from a 25% TIP to 0% (thanks, GrubHub!). That's what you get when you act all sorts of ghetto and shady! Maybe next time, your drivers WON'T ask for double-payment! I don't think we'll be patronizing this business ANYTIME SOON!

You order your food, then they are supposed to send you a link to pay with your card. They never send a link. Then when the driver gets here, he has to go back to car he doesn't have his phone. Then a lady comes over and has to wait for Pete's to answer the phone. The link thing that their using isn't working. I ordered a Caeser Salad and the croutons were like rubber, lettuce taste dirty. What a waste

I ordered my food at 9:09pm and did not receive it until 10:59 on top of them not bringing me everything I ordered🤦🏻‍♀️ I should of read the reviews first, and don’t respond to my post saying sorry ull do better next time because there will not be a next time and if you haven’t done better after 400 bad reviews You most likely never will!
