Trolley Square Oyster House

We were surprised after reading some of the previous reviews, but we had a lovely experience. It was fun and lively. Staff was attentive and courteous, though very busy. I love the decor and many options for seating, outside, upstairs and downstairs. Food was great, even with a seafood allergy, there were other good options to choose from. Drinks were awesome, we loved the orange and grapefruit crush.

Food is amazing, great raw bar that just expanded with shrimp & clams. Service is great. They do change over to Bar service around 9 o'clock, basically mean that you won't have a server, you just have to go to the bar when you want to order. Get there though!!! Definitely worth checking out if you want a nice night out along side with great food eat.

Christina was the hostess and she was great, we walked inside and it was packed. She got my number but noticed a table opened and went back to clean it; afterwards we were sat immediately. We ordered the calamari, 1of each of the 5 oysters they had to choose from, lobster and crab Mac and seafood linguine. The lobster and crab Mac was not great, but with a little old bay, it was better. The seafood linguine was amazing. Plenty of shrimp, mussels, lobster and crab. I didn’t get our waitress’s name, but she was great.

TSOH is usually my go-to for takeout but tonight my dish was unacceptable. I paid $32 online for the crab and lobster mac to get a watery dish with a modest serving of rubbery pasta and meat. I am not one to leave reviews however I feel totally ripped off. I can't call back and resolve the issue immediately because the phone is going straight to voicemail.

Hubby and I were in search of a good seafood restaurant. Instead we found a great seafood restaurant!! We ordered the lobster roll, shrimp po’ boy and the blue point oysters. Everything was absolutely delicious. The server and hostess were welcoming and pleasant. This visit was an overall great experience. We will definitely visit again.
