Chuck E. Cheese's

Food took long but was served hot at the table, salad bar was nice for the extra bucks, soda fountain a bit messy and disorganized. Playground was indeed very entertaining for the kids, they had fun and were happy, mommy happy too, variety of games to pick. Very pleasant atmosphere, downfall? Not enough personnel to cover all areas of the floor, especially when it's jam packed with two birthdays plus general public on a Friday night. Otherwise, employees were friendly and attentive, they tried.....

The lady who helped run the birthday party was amazing we only had a few problems. The gift bags were forgotten and I had to ask for them. Chuck E. Didn't see very into his job which kinda sucked considering how much we spent. It will be a little while before I take my godson back because we did have some problems there but we will take him back.

This place has to be one of the most unsanitary and clearly not ran properly place for children I've been to. All of the employees had headphones in, playing in their phones, and or not caring about the fact they are supposed to be working. No regard for sanitation as far as gloves are concerned as well. Witnessed an employee doing the food prep while on the phone without gloves. As far as safety wise goes for the children most of the tables were pushed over and trash/food all over the floor. I would highly recommend a health inspector check this place out. If you wanna take your kids here, bring sanitizer and dont eat the food.

This place is good for kids to spend 1-2 hours. But cleanliness and hygiene wise, it doesn’t get even 1 star. Every time my 5yr old daughter complains about the ladies restroom. My wife visited two times and on both visits the restrooms were in unusable, terrible condition. Staffs here are very lethargic. The person who wears Chuck E Cheese costume lacks cheer and enthusiasm. I’m just comparing with Disney characters that we see in diff places. Anyway I give 2 stars just for the reasonable price being charged for play points (with coupon) and different types of games setup by the corporate.

Sooooo disappointed in the changes in the last year...since my son's birthday last year they have got rid of the ENTIRE animatronic band...even Chuck E....they were one of the last few stores to have the entire Munch band intact and i thought it looked in great shape too. Our party hostess for his party this year said they covered them up with a wall because some of them had too many repairs and Pasquale had no head anymore...all they have now is the lame video screen like every other store in major cities with the newly designed Chuck E costume which i cant stand either and most of the ticket redemption machines were broken, as well as quite a few games and rides..they got rid of my sons favorite ride (the life size horse race game) and the pizza recipe was changed AGAIN and was disgusting and we barely touched it after paying $50 for 3 pizzas. Needless to say we wont be back and the only good thing i could say is i liked our hostess and the new Chuck E. song he gets the kids to dance too. If i had the money i would pay to repair the animatronic band myself and either bring it to another store that cares or find ann investor that does but its probably a lost cause...so sad but its a part of my childhood that i will always remember and love and was ecstatic that they still had them and my son loved them just as much as me even at 1 year old..now at 3 its already gone and i felt sooo bad..as you can see in the pictures no stage at all just a big old wall with two video screens

If you have young kids, this is a great place for a party. The staff is friendly and they take good care of the toys and games to keep them safe and clean. I never regretted going there for that reason. The pizza is really cheap and low quality. When my son was 6, I ate lunch before taking him (seriously). Your 4-year-old won't care, of course.

We love Chuck e cheese but this location needs a little assistance. It's always dirty, and there were so many games not working we wasted time trying to find games that would work instead of having fun. The workers are always pleasant, which is wonderful since there are other issues that need a lot of attention. Overall we will continue to go because it's the only one near us, we just wish it was in better condition.

Open again for games and no tickets to count. Pizza was good but when we were done I asked employee if we clean table or if they do after use...she answered with "Is it dirty looking?" Thank God only one other family was there or I would be panicked thinking how many germs were building up on the games. They have cleaning spray sitting out in multiple spots but no one seemed to be using them to wipe anything down!
