The place is cool. They quickly attend the waiting customers. They have a nice TV and you can spend some time. For a coffeehouse ambience is must but it's kinda little noisy here. So there goes one star less. Honestly they make good chai so visit when u get time.

Small and crowded. No social distancing and lots of people without masks. Took over 15 minutes to receive my online order causing me to be late for work

Small and crowded but got my order right and we're friendly. They are opening in a new building soon at the other end of the lit so that will help.

The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. One warning though (nothing to do with the staff or products), the customers that frequent this location tend to be loud and obnoxious. If you see a bunch of older guys in fishing hats sitting inside, you may not want to eat in.

Walked up to counter to order, was ignored while they were taking an online order. Placed my order, then waited 10 minutes for 2 egg cheese wraps. While waiting, the worker spilled some cream did not immediately clean it up.

Extremely rude! Got upset with me because I asked for ICE coffee and she gave me HOT coffee. Will never come back. I will drive a extra 20 minutes to go to another dunkin, instead going across the street.

The man poured the gallon jug of liquid sugar into my drink because I asked him to put more sugar in. His coworker was very rude taking my order and he made it wrong once before. I was very nice when ordering and asking for a remake. Honestly worst service.

Staff was very friendly and provided service with a smile. Very kind as well and treated a child with a lot of kindness and comfort. Very impressed with the way they manage themselves. Will be sure to come again!
