Worst customer service! Not my first time, always the same. Food doesn't taste the same as other Moe's, not sure why. Portions are very small, barely any chips in the bag. I ordered a burrito with no tortilla. I know, silly, but their birthday coupons are for burrito only, no bowls. Somehow, special request of no tortilla didn't print out and the guy just REFUSED to redo my order, telling me he'd have to throw it away and that it was $10. He offered to dump the burrito in a bowl, no idea that dumping it in a bowl doesn't magically make it gluten-free. They have always allowed me to get a bowl instead of the burrito, should have ordered in person but he still would have argued. Geez, I don't even put rice or beans in it, the only difference between both is a tortilla, they're saving money!!! That location has been for sale for over 2 years now, still the same inconsiderate owners. No wonder they can't sell it, their net profit is probably as poor as their customer service! Never going back, I'll keep going to Bear even though it's a tad farther, well worth better food & service.

Employees never changes their gloves touching their faces then the food . I also request a steak burrito without lettuce he mess up and just took the lettuce from my burrito and put it back in to cold line the steak was old salsa bar dirty and empty

I got a bowl and it came with a side of chips. Tbh I would prefer Chipotle because of the freshness I have experienced. Moe's was not as fresh as I would have liked. It tasted like my food had been sitting for a while so it was dry. But overall not bad.

went 2 different days and was charged differently for the exact same meal (not too bad, I understand it happens)
the food is always made delicious and pit together perfectly so it doesn't fall apart when eating.

Food is Hot & Tasty, Wide Beverage Selection, Atmosphere is Bright, Fun & Inviting, Music is Upbeat, TVs are easy to see anywhere in the restaurant. The only 2 problems were, it was short staffed with only 2 people, one counter, one grill. So the wait is a little longer. And the tables were dirty and sticky. Probably because the staff didn't have time to take care of customers and clean the dining room. Get an energetic 3rd staff member per shift, and this place would be just about perfect.

This is my second time going to this Moe's. It is nothing like other Moe's, the food taste completely different. It was horrible the first time & i thought maybe it was what i got, so i went again & got something different & it was still horrible. A waste of my money both times because it was so nasty i couldn't even eat it. Won't be returning.

The store manager or owner at this place is horrible and incompetent, yells at you while order and makes you feel horrible for it . Okay? It’s my fault you have to actually work? The amount of food you get with the order is way less than it used to be. Yea no longer will be going here and I understand they don’t need my business. Honestly don’t understand the negativity and the bad vibes .. no matter how nice you are he will walk all over you.

Protein portions are zero. Order a chicken burrito. Get 95% rice. Happened once then twice. Then no more
Restaurant has several leaks in the dinning area they don’t seemed too concerned about getting fixed.
