Domino's Pizza

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! I will never order from this place again. I'm new to the area, I've only been living in Delaware for a month. I ordered around 11 when they did not close until 1. I waited for an hour for my food & was still waiting. I guess the delivery guy came & my phone was on do not disturb. He had only called two minutes ago so I called back & no answer. When I called the store, the guy answered and said he had called, rang the door & knocked (which I live in an apartment 2nd floor which was noted on the delivery, so I obviously wouldn't hear the knock). I even went downstairs to check my doorbell & it was working perfectly fine (he did not ring the doorbell). He said he would send the next person out to drop off the food (around the corner).. Over 40 minutes go past & still nothing, so I called to be told my order was going to be tracked, placed on hold for 4 minutes for someone else to come on the phone & tell me they would track my order & placed on hold for another 4 minutes. They were obviously playing games & wouldn't answer when I called back 3 times. I had to go to the store to get my food to see it just sitting there on the counter. These people are so blatantly rude! I would never even think about ordering from here again, I barely want to give them 1 star.

Ordered from them tonight, they said it was going to be 45 mins to an hour for 2 medium pizzas, an hour passed then I decided to call, the lady on the phone had said the delivery driver came and knocked, never heard not one knock it was silent in my house and I was right by the door, then he tried to say he called my number 6 times, not one phone call came through. Then said I had to pay by credit card to have my food come back out, knowing that delivery never showed up. This place is straight BULLSHIT!

This was my first experience with Domino's and this particular location. I'm very impressed with my first experience from Kenneth who answered the phone to the driver Brian...He was SO PLEASANT and well mannered...It was so refreshing to find that people who are delivering food who still are polite and not ill mannered. I definitely will be calling again!! Good Jobs guys!!!

Childish little girls who think it's funny that they don't know how to do their job. Clown ass delivery guy who can't read and forgets parts of people's orders. Manager who can't even run the damn place and keep his employees in check. This location sucks and needs to be shut down. They don't deserve any of those 2.9 stars. Lousy ass place.
