Everything was burnt. I spent $30 on food from there and all of it burnt. The cheese breadsticks barely had cheese on them. The cinnamon rolls had barely any icing and all food so burnt it was inedible. I threw it out. Instead of a refund they sent me a voucher for free cheesesticks at pizzahut stores that are no where near me. How is that compensation for bad food?

Did an online order it was ready when arriving, everything was correct and still nice and warm when arriving at home, in Blanchester.

Getting the food I actually ordered would be a great start. The buffalo chicken pizza tasted rancid and sour. The taco pizza was actually quite good. We got breadsticks instead of cheesesticks, no marinara sauce or salsa for the taco pizza and the cinnamon rolls had maybe a small spoonful of icing on the entire 10 piece order.

I ordered mild wings and got honey barbecue. They were supposed to be bone in wings and got boneless wings. The driver told me that that manager wasn’t even going to call to let me know that they messed up the order and the driver had to make the manager call.

The app stated my Pizza was ready, pulled into the drive through, waited almost 10 mins before anyone came to the window. I was told it would be another 15 mins before it would be ready. Was told they are "busy" when I asked why it said the pizza was ready, not a very friendly response.

I appreciate that your store will deliver to the equestrian center. The employees are always prompt and friendly, my order often arrives before the estimated time.

I did an online order and had to call and change it to delivery the lady who I spoke to was very helpful and nice. The delivery was very quick and on point and the driver was respectful and had the change I needed for my order to me it seems like they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.
