Hardee's

I made a large order and Deborah was my cashier. After the order was completed and I actually got my bag of food I had a question for Deborah asking her to check out the price because I ordered everything separate and I thought it would have been cheaper if I'd ordered it in a meal. Deborah was very friendly and helpful. She did not catch an attitude and I appreciate that! Cameron, the manager, also was very friendly and helpful. Phenomenal customer service! Thank you both for knowing what that means! You guys are awesome! In this day and age it is more often than not to receive terrible customer service. Many people in the customer service industry have a bad attitude. So it is nice to come across people who are actually friendly and pleasant to encounter😁

I made a rather large order and Deborah was my cashier. After ordering are you getting my Bag of food I ask a question as far as it Being less expensive had I ordered it in meals. I wasn't thinking when I made the order by Deborah was very friendly and did not have an attitude when I asked a question. Cameron, the manager was also very friendly and helpful! Thank you both for knowing the definition of customer service.. Phenomenal job thank you! In this day and time it seems as though many people in the customer service industry get a nasty attitude if you ask any questions and sometimes even if you don't ask questions. On the rear occasion that I receive outstanding customer service I have to comment/leave a review!

I helped open the world's very 1st Hardee's. Wilbur Hardee himself taught me his way to cook ! All I've been to are still excellent. This one on US 301 near Parker's is among the best in system. Easy parking and in +out quickly too. This time I got a fine huge hamburger with mushrooms +chicken tenders +fries +milkshake. All good !

I ordered the mushroom & Swiss combo large size with half/half tea. The fries tasted like they had been cooked 6 hours before & left under the heat lamp. They were beyond disgusting. I would not feed them to my dog. Then, I opened my sandwich. The Swiss cheese wasn't even melted, not on top or bottom. The burger was so cold it was hard. The mushrooms on my burger was almost frozen. I have never been so disappointed with a meal at any other fast food place in my life. The only reason I didn't take the food back is because I don't live around there. I was In a hurry to get home. I really don't understand how this establishment can get away with operating under these standards. Hardee's has a bad enough reputation as it is- it doesn't need any help.

I live in Sims, the Bailey Hardies is closer than this location. I quit going there because LITERALLY EVERY TIME MY ORDER IS WRONG. I thought to myself oh this location is only 15 minuets away and newer. Wouldn’t you know same thing here. I ordered the triple combo as well as a #1 combo. What I got was a #1 and some chicken strips. Being as I just drove 1.3 hours from my job. Stopped for this wrong order I didn’t bother to check it. I like to think people can read. Should have known. Thank you Hardies for Messing up yet another order. And making money off my misfortunes. I do t care to call, complain and go back for the fix. I’m sure somewhere in the world there may be a location that has competent employees but it surely is not in this neck of the woods. I removed being a teenager and going for the thick burgers, curly fries and milkshakes. Back then my order was rite every time and oh so fresh! Guess that’s just a memory and I can promise that you will never get another cent of mine! I know my bad review is just a drop in a bucket. You don’t care, I know!
