Sonic Drive-in

Rude, Slow, and arrogant service!! I ordered several items and the mocha crunch blast and they gave me vanilla ice cream with chocolate shavings on top. I asked the girl if that was correct and she said "with an attitude" Um, I work here and I made it, yes that's correct.! I watched the order screen again and saw that it should have chocolate/mocha syrup in it and. Chocolate chip looking pieces in it not just on top. I wish I would have taken a picture of it before I trashed it but the attached picture is how it was supposed to be. I will never return to this sonic again!! I did visit another sonic in Kingsport TN on West Stone drive and got a beautiful, great tasting mocha crunch blast with great service.

Food is delicious but server forgot my drink (tea) and said he would be right back. He forgot and continued to deliver other orders. Staff also did not send dipping sauces that my daughter asked for and was on receipt. Not really busy but definitely really forgetful. Maybe get orders RIGHT BEFORE delivery.

Went here with my cousin after shopping at Lowe's and at Harbor Freight. The grounds were clean and I did notice the trash has recently been taken out. Service was timely and efficient. Server didn't really interact with us. I think all we got from her was "Here you go" and "thank you". We might not have gotten the here you go. Food was delicious and plentiful l, however the burgers were built messy. One burger had all ingredients piled up in the middle and the other looked like it had been dropped,kicked, shook clean, and then tossed to the server for delivery. The value was good we got our money's worth. I would have given five stars if the sandwich builder took a little pride in his work and the server pretended just a tad bit to care if we were satisfied. All in all it was a good place to catch a meal with a close family member and concoct a valid excuse of why we spent so much money.

In my opinion the service and food could seriously be better if anyone seemed to truly care about service. On every occasion that I've visited the food was cold, tasted bad, orders are wrong, and it seems that no one gives two cents. I only really go for slushies but would like to get some food as well.
