Mamma Mia Cafe

I just popped by as I was walking along the river, there was a little queue, but that's to be expected on a slightly sunny day in England! I had the hazelnut ice-cream which was lovely but 1 scoop in a waffle cone was £3.60, which for me is quite expensive. Staff were as efficient as they could be although not overly friendly, they were smiling while working. Good ice-cream, just a little expensive in my opinion but a good selection of flavours.

It is a nice little place, with the emphasis on little, it only has three tables inside, and a few more outside by the riverside, it is more like a British diner, I personally like the Fish & Chips, it is a great place to get a take away. The views from its terrace are pretty nice. And you can buy food for the swans and it's very popular also for it's ice cream and gelato, or a hot drink now that winter is on its way!

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Had the best fish and chips I've had in a long while. Not just batter and chips! Very good piece of fish and generous portions too. Chips were great! All the more surprising as it has a very "touristy" spot. If you sit outside you'll have good views of the river and of people walking by and in the shade, too. All for about £10.

Friendly cafe right on the river front. This is a good place to find ice-cream, coffee, or fish and chips when down-by the Thames at Windsor. The food is standard cafe type food, but freshly made and pretty tasty. Everything is made quickly and the staff are friendly There are a few tables round the corner facing the river if you want to sit down and watch the boats or tourists. Directly outside the cafe there is a fenced section of the river wall which is usually teeming with swans, geese and ducks (and pigeons) so if you want to feed some local bird life you can stock up on bird pellets at the cafe. This is 1 minute walk from the Thames boat cruises and about 5 minutes from the two stations and the main shopping streets. Very child friendly

me and my daughter ate there yesterday and i have to say i had one of the best fry ups ive ever had in my life! the staff are friendly enough but i didnt hold out much hope when i saw my breakfast came in a takeaway box and not on a proper plate, well i needn't have worried because as i said inside the box was one of the nicest breakfasts ive ever had. will be going back 1 hundred percent.
