Jollibee

We always order food from this location but there’s this one time when we had a bad experience. We went there 9pm and they close at 10pm. they don’t have chicken. there’s 2 team members and 2 managers at the till but they are all looking at the back of house, and didn’t even acknowledge us. We were waiting for 10 minutes in front of the till, and then they told us they don’t have chicken. One manager even gave us an attitude. what a disappointment. I was once a shift manager at a fast food restaurant too. they should forecast their cooking well enough, especially on a weekend. There was also a bunch of delivery drivers and customers waiting for their order too. They are so eager to go home. I even heard one person saying “let’s close now so we can go home.” i pity these guys for horrible customer service.

Waited 40 minutes for a drive thru order when they said it would take 15 minutes. I honestly would have waited longer than that if I didn’t walk up to the door asking where my order was. Everyone was doing closing procedures and left my order on the table. Was there no employee wondering why there might be an order on table? The excuse they gave me was that they just made my order. Made my order? It’s been 40 minutes and your store was closed. Mind you I was the only one in the parking lot with the sign they give you to put on the roof of your car. Never buy food from here if you’re craving Jollibee at night, they might just forget you. LOL This was just ridiculous and terrible service.
