Chicken Delight

What an expensive disappointment. Picked up two times over the course of 10 days, and when I'm paying almost $20 for a Large Fries and Large Gravy and you cant even bother to include ketchup or napkins in the bag (nor ask if I wanted any), that is really disappointing. Skip forward to my second order I spent over $55 on an order of Lrg fries, Medium Gravy, 24 hot wings, and TWO 2L soft drinks and you can't even be bothered to put any packets of hot sauce, let alone ketchup or napkins in the bag, NOR ask me if I wanted any at the counter (so I'd know none were included) that is just poor customer service, nevermind the fact that the Gravy was TANGY and tasted like it had gone bad. **YUCK**. Gravy should NOT taste TANGY. Weirder yet, the wings had to have been tampered with or something because of the two dozen wings, EACH AND EVERY WING WAS A DRUMSTICK TYPE WING. Meaning someone unnecessarily had to handle my food, for whatever unsanitary reason, and leave me weirded out by this occurrence that CLEARLY was not a coincidence. WHY ARE PEOPLE NEEDLESSLY AND UNNECESSARILY HANDLING FOOD? WHAT OTHER SHENANIGANS GO ON IN YOUR KITCHEN LIKE THIS?!? Ive been a customer of yours for the better part of 10 years, and this has left an AWFUL taste in my mouth, no pun intended, and zero motivation to return. I wish I could leave zero stars. If I don't hear back from the store on these matters, I think I'll contact head office in a week's time.
