THE BEST BURGER EVER was actually the worst! This store messed it up pretty bad; there was a tiny dollop of Onions in the middle of the bottom bun, with very little mayo. We ordered the Meal Deal for 2 and it cost us over 30$$. We have always supported this store and have never had such a awful burger. ( The Pickles didn’t help it, and I like deep fried pickles) IMO don't waste the money.

Watch for possible scamming at this location Staff said they didn’t get mobile order then at window you enter again and receive two charges Then the behaviours becomes odd and they tell you to contact the app developer , pardon ? Never heard of this and it’s happened twice I will not go back !!! Check your receipts and bank card after I’m not out a huge amount of money 6.15 only however what a profit for the business !! If they do this often!! I contacted A&W but no one’s reached out yet either Wow , shocking the business doesn’t seem to be concerned so my review is just a buyer beware … I’ve learned my lesson and Loads of competition so I’m done with A&W!

First time I order something in the drive-thru they tell me to wait in the parking lot. Ok, no problem. I watch another family walking in the store after waiting 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes later they come out with their own food. So they completely forget about me, forcing me to go inside and request for my order. I was quite disappointed in this, but I let it go. The next time I go to this store I ask for a beyond meat burger meal. They tell me to wait in the parking lot again. I then see employees laughing and having fun, taking their sweet time dragging some boxes outside. 15 minutes later they come with my order. The first problem here was the time, then I grab to eat some of my food and the French fries are completely raw and uncooked. Overall, I had a terrible experience, they have terrible service and they take way too long.

This A&W might have the worst customer service in Wpg. The girls working the counter basically ignore you when you are ordering and talk non-stop to each other in whatever language they are speaking. This means you have to repeat your order a few times until they get it right and then they do the same thing when you're waiting for your change. Looks like they couldn't care less about the customers. Food is sub-par compared to other A&Ws. Avoid this one if possible.
