10 stars for Carribean smoothie. Perfect ratio of fruits, milk and ice. One of the best places for healthy food choices. Lots to choose from. Hoping to have dairy-free cheese option in the future. 🙂

Great options, large portions, very tasty. I like how when the wrap is being made, they are using judgement to decide if it needs more sauce or other items instead of following a one squeeze rule like some shops.

Love this restaraunt!! Its my go to for fast, delicious but guilt free healthy meals. The portions are just the right size that you aren't over eating. Very wholesome, and tasty. And the staff are friendly. I recommend the honey garlic chicken melt. Yum.

A local favourite. We've been frequenting since before they moved to this location and are never disappointed. Food is fresh, fast, and made to order. The wraps are huge here and are a delicious challenge you should try to finish.

My daughter and I went for lunch here today and what a great surprise it was!! Fresh and flavourful meals. I think what I had was called Asian crunchy something-it was truly delicious. My daughter had a chicken melt and said it was very tasty. I was happy with the serving size.

The Green & Grain is one of my absolute favourite spots to eat at. The owner Hope is an angel and always greets everyone with kindness! They always have the freshest food and are always so friendly. Everything I’ve had here for years has been delicious. My favourite is the baked melts right now.
