Mr. Sub

Really not sure why it's taken me so long to come here. I'm not a fan of Subway as everything tastes like it was designed in a lab by people who have never eaten food before. Not Mr. Sub. Everything looks and tastes fresh and the bread is really good. The lady working the counter was also really pleasant and put my sandwich together like a machine, all while running the till and helping other customers. She's either a manager or someone who definitely deserves a raise as of yesterday. I've come to the conclusion that most of the negative reviews left for this place are made by whiny babies looking to be coddled and/or get a free meal. A+ would gorge myself again.

One of the employees of this restaurant constantly smokes by the front door which is not a pleasant welcome to the place, especially considering it’s a food joint. Not to mention, I personally would prefer that the my sub be prepared by someone who does not smell like fresh cigarette smoke or someone whom greated me moments ago whilst smoking. I’m sure that breaks can be taken in the back of the building where customers aren’t greeted in such a manner. When we tried to contact the manager of this location to discuss our experience. She hung up the phone on us. Found that to be very unprofessional. When you are a business owner you should probably have better tactics to deal with customer complaints instead of cowardly hanging up on them. This resolves nothing and makes people not want to come back again. Then again, I don’t think they value customer relationships if they hang up on people trying to resolve an issue with the place. Too bad this location is managed so poorly because Mr.Sub food is great!

Usually love the subs but today's bread was not todays bread based on the crunchiness of it. I called to let them know the bread was hard and she couldn't care less. Very dismissive and rude when she said, "there's nothing I can do about it". Maybe don't leave the bread sitting in the sun? I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told, she's not in, call back tomorrow.

Sadly, nearly all of my order was made incorrectly. Not only did they run out of buns, but the chicken wasn’t warmed as per every single other Mr. Sub. To add, a piece of chicken fell onto the floor while wrapping it and it was just kicked aside, leaving me with less chicken and zero acknowledgment. Then, my second sandwich I requested honey mustard. When arriving home I turned out to be regular mustard which isn’t even remotely the same. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. Wishing I could have received a refund for it. And for the record, I am usually a die hard Mr. Sub fan.
