O'charley's

The food was pretty good but the wait staff wasn't that good. When we got there, it took 20 minutes before someone came and took our drink orders. Then I never got a refill on my drink while I was eating. My wife and I would ask for stuff like steak sauce and it took a long time to get it. But the food was cooked pretty good. We had the prime rib for two.

We didn't even make it to ordering drinks before we walked out. Half the tables were empty but we still had to wait to be seated. While waiting servers were coming to the manager asking him to discount meals because they were wrong. Finally got seated and overheard other customers complaining about their orders as well as servers arguing with each other. Sat there for awhile waiting on our server when another couple was seated next to us and immediately had their server take their order. At that point we decided to go. Can't speak to the quality of the food. It was our first time trying O'charley's and probably our last. I've never given 1 star before but since we never even got to place our drink order before having to listen to other customers complain and servers argue with each other I feel they went out of their way to earn it.

I've always liked O'Charley's. However, last night's experience wasn't so great. Once sat, it took over 5 minutes for our server to even acknowledge that we were there. And another 5 minutes before she even took the drink order. Once the meals came, the one that included sweet potato fries didn't have them. We were told that they were still cooking, and that they would bring them soon. We didn't receive them until near the end of the meal, after having to ask for them. Out of the 4 meals at the table, 3 included steak (2 medium, 1 well done). The 2 medium were basically raw. One was sent back (the other person was too self conscious to send it back). And when it came back from the kitchen, it was just as raw as before. I had to ask multiple times for extra napkins. I mentioned these (and other) issues we had to the manager at the end. He was nice enough to remove one of the meals from the bill. However, after that, there was something on my bill that wasn't even ordered. I think this location must be going through some kind of staff issues right now. I advise avoiding this location for a while, till they get their issues straightened out.

Restaurant has been here for awhile..but the food has never disappointed us. Right now my favorite is the ribeye steak meal. Under $20.00... has always been cooked like I ask. Never had a bad server. They have meals under $10.00 advertised. Honey chicken real good.... It is treat for us to go. They have free pie Wednesday!

The best rolls hands down. There seem to be some changes going on in staff. I've had varied experiences recently while dining. They apparently struggle with making the broccoli really soft me. I've had to send it back each of the past three times I've visited. Good service makes the difference. I hope the newer servers pick up on some of the better methods of service from the veteran servers.
