Sadly I have eating at the place for a while now food is good Honduras food not so much. But service has definitely changed this is the 3rd time it has happened to me where I called and they leave me on hold for the longest then ignore my call. If you are running a business make sure you have manners. I owned a business my time to close is 3:30 but if a customer walks in at 3:29 I still great them with kindness because I want my business to grow. Todays rude employee lost me as a costumer and every time I leave 40% of my meal worth of tip

They have dominican, salvadoran, and mexican foods. Its a random hole in the wall restaurant with classic dishes. Everything tasted delicious! The pastelitos were a little bland, but everything else was full of flavor. Chicharron is one of my fave dishes. My dominican fiance was also very happy. We are gonna go back to try their mofongo for breakfast one day. Also, it helps to speak spanish or be with someone who knows spanish. 😊

This place has become a place where our guys from the company go. Unfortunately one of the guys ordered a Medium well steak. They brought it overcooked. He asked if they can replace the steak for chicken. They did. The steak was tasted but not consumed however, when we paid they charged for the steak. I asked why if they steak wasn’t made right. The answer was “it’s a thin steak it can’t be cooked that way”. I usually leave a $20.00 dollar tip. This time the waitress bought the steak. If you can travel Greensboro has La Palma and viejo San Juan are options. I would think repeat customers should be treated better. It’s not a bad place just bad experience.

This is a hidden gem at the end off Waughton St. it is at the end of a small strip of stores with limited parking. This hole in the wall has a diverse menu that has dishes from Mexico, Dominican Republic and El Salvador,3 very different countries. The Pupusas are hot with melting cheese right off the “Comal”. The yuca con Chicharrón is a boiled cassava with fried pork chunks with a vinegar based Cole slaw. There are all types of traditional dishes, none will disappoint. They do sell beer so you will see some day drinkers. It is a safe , colorful place, that is best visited during the day.

Insanely delicious. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you. Perfectly balanced food at a reasonable price for the quality. Just happened to wander in and it made my day. Everyone was incredibly kind. I had the carne guisada and a couple pupusas (Loroco and pork) along with an horchata that was not only refreshing , but had unlimited refills as well. Definitely forming a year long plan to taste the whole menu. Gonna be my new regular spot.
