Waffle House

I’m not sure who was the cook this morning, but my food was disgusting. My boyfriend and I usually get the sausage grit bowl . The grits were super thick and the meat was over cooked . We also ordered a side of waffles and it tasted burnt, not sure how you are able to mess up a waffle . I could definitely tell someone else cooked our food from the other times. They also never answer the phone at this location

Our food and service was okay. They put bacon something I didn't ask for but that was fine. It would have gotten 5 ⭐ if one of the employees, Andre (I believe was the name), hadn't completely snapped at customers at two completely different tables. We will not be back for a long time. We realize times are hard and trying on everyone's nerves but that is NO excuse for being hateful!!! Period.

First of all this is the worst waffle House I've ever been to. I didn't even eat there so waffle House whoever owns this chain you missed out on my money and will not get any more of my money I will go to the next waffle House they informed me that I could not place it to go order I had to eat it there then they proceeded to tell me that even if I ordered it and I put it on the table if I wanted to take it home then that was no possible way that I could do so unless I have ate a majority of my food as if they are somebody's daddy and mommy so yeah waffle House y'all guys really setting the tone on this one I might even just consider IHOP from now on.

Worst service I've ever had, thought the staff was gonna fight. They were having words! My waffle sat for 20 mins before I got it then I had to ask if it qas mine. It was cold by then. They didn't remove it from my tab but I didn't eat it either. A customer came in one staff member said it will be a few mins, and the customer said that's fine. The other staff member said IT WILL BE 15 MINS WE HAVE TO CATCH UP ON OUR WORK BACK HERE. I was shocked 😲. I won't go back there.

Walked in wasn't greeted. My family and I stood there for about 5 minutes and wasn't asked what we wanted or are we eating in or take out. We was not even recognized. And of course we didn't eat there. It was nasty anyway. So we walked out and went right cross from them to breakfast all day....Do not eat there. The reviews are not telling the truth.

Waffle House #1020 I've been to a lot of WH. A LOT. I believe I've written about a couple locations before, but this one warrants a good review. I walked right in and sat at the empty bar area. The dining room is about half full. The grill chef was the first to greet me, and take my order. She obviously knows everything there is to know about operating the grill line. There's 4 others working, and they all seem to be thinking as a hive. People walking in, and the phone ringing constantly for orders. The grill, toaster and waffle irons haven't stopped. I had my Allstar with sausage, grits and eggs within 2 minutes of my coffee. The grits were PERFECT. I love to sit at the bar right in front and watch how they run. Orders are yelled out, and the team has and knows their own language. Tbones and hash browns smothered, covered, scattered and chucked. This location is a smooth running train. It is also one of the cleanest sites I've seen. Nobody is standing around because there's always something to do. I'm finishing my 3rd coffee, and I'll be leaving here full, fat and happy. Will never come back and will advise other not to as well. Their workers don't care if a child predator meets up with a little girl for disgusting thing as long as it doesn't cause a scene... I'm sorry I'd rather witness a scene than have a child be hurt. And the 'scene' is no worse than what their other customers come in and do. Get your priorities straight.
