El Torero Mexicano

This place was great. The order was almost perfect but they put a few onions in my rice and I told him I was allergic. I didn't notice them until the middle of my meal. Also, not sure what was on the fries but it looks like it was cooked in old grease. The steak was cooked just right and the burger was kid-approved. Please take a chance and eat here. I hope you enjoy it like me.

This is the worse service I have ever had. I will not recommend anyone who works for their money to every spend a dollar here. I called to place an order and they were rude. I asked if the burrito sauce was sweet and they said it’s burrito to sauce. Very very rude. They should be shut down since they don’t know customer service then when I asked for the manager the guy speaking by the name of John so he said said the manager wasn’t there and that he was in charge so I asked who was the owner then all of a sudden he put a Mexican guy on the phone who when I asked for his name he asked my why do I need to know his name. Mind you he stated he was the manager … so I said do customer not ask you for your name? If you are a manager you know people do… so I told them I would call back and see who states they are the manager the next day. Now when I asked for the manager . This is HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never recommend them to anyone. I have never eaten here and it looks like I never will and I suggest you do the same.

I had never been to this restaurant until a week ago but always noticed it was very crowded. We arrived early to beat the crowd. It was several minutes before a waiter came to our table for our drink order. I asked for cheese dip the chips. He returned with our drinks & the chips so we reminded him about the dip. We ordered and I ordered the ACP, a favorite of mine. After 25-30 minutes, the waiter brought our meal. Again, we had to ask for the dip which arrived 10 minutes later. The ACP was a plate of rice with chicken and no vegetables. When we finally, waved him over, he left the table & after several minutes returned with the vegetables in a bowl. Fortunately I was able to pour some of the dip over the cold rice & chicken. It was still flavorless & I ate about 1/4th of the plate. He brought our check with no apology. I will assume had we had a different waiter, we would've had better service because it had become very crowded. Will not return or recommend!
