Zaxby's

I usually LOVE y’all all the time but this is Messed Up! I paid extra to get my chicken tossed in Insane sauce, tossed not drizzled here and there. For those 60 cents I could of just asked for a side of insane and paid only 25cents! I love the sauce and this was disappointing specially because I relied on you all to get my order right and to receive what I paid for and this Was Not The Case.

Why is it that a fast food establishment who charges an average of $10 per meal feels the need to charge $0.25 extra for a sauce that is not even made in house? Zaxby's receives their famous sauces in mass quantities, costing them little to no money. Yet they charge customers extra just to get a sauce to dip their usually poorly seasoned and poorly fried, French fries into. Yes, I get that they have higher quality chicken and that is why their meal prices are higher than the average fast food restaurant, but why do they have to belittle their customers in the form of forcing them to spend an extra QUARTER to be able to eat their sub-par fries. Meals come with fries and I'm willing to bet over half of Americans dip their fries in something. Step down from your high horse Zaxby's.

Ordered the family pack of tenders in the drive thru. After paying I had to pull forward to wait on the order. Not a problem because if they had 20+ tenders sitting around all the time they would be rubbery. They brought out the order and even with the drive back home the fries and tenders were screaming hot and very tasty. Will be back again.

Pretty consistent chicken 🐔 and sandwich 🥪 joint in town. The staff are friendly and professional even though the service can be on the slow side. (This says more about the process than the staff). I recommend this restaurant for chicken tenders, wings, 🥗 salads, sandwiches, 🍟sides, and affordable lunch options. They also have a drive through and ♿ handicap accessible parking, 🚻 restrooms, and seating.

I went to Zaxby's on Summit Square here in Winston Salem. I ordered food 30 minutes prior to arriving. Trinity and who ever else was there were very unprofessional! TJ and Linda were rude, they had on hoodies and leggings. They were cursing and threatening body language. These people need to be terminated. I will never go back to this Zaxby's again. They also informed me that they didn't care.
