Starbucks

Usually at this Starbucks, the employees are very nice. They have these 2 girls that are working with attitudes and act like they didn’t wanna take our orders, and they took our orders completely wrong! I would recommend but only when the 2 girls aren’t working there. Couldn’t get their names because their name tags were very tiny.

This Starbucks is absolutely awful. Just shut it down honestly. The people that work there are so rude. Every time I go there it takes forever to get drinks. I’ve waited over 20 minutes before. I’ll put in a mobile order & when I get there I’ll see people waiting in line, order their drink, & get theirs before I get mine. They’ll have one person making drinks & then everyone else will just be standing behind the counter talking while multiple people will be standing there waiting for their drinks. They just truly don’t care about doing what’s right for the customer. I’ve never seen anyone happy when they leave.

I usually have a decent experience but here lately they have been slower than ever and lying right to my face. First I did a mobile order and literally waited 20 minutes and I work in the mall so I was about to run late. I asked if they were almost finished working on it and supposedly they have never gotten it when I had the mobile receipt on my phone and it had never been a problem before. Then another day I ordered and this came a little quicker I guess but I looked on the mobile order stand and nothing was there so I waited. Then finally someone else got there's so I looked again and I saw it this time and she told me it had been there the whole time which I know was a lie then I saw her whisper to a coworker "you forgot to call her name" which honestly pissed me off more.

My last visit here was on Christmas day. There was a note on the door that paid volunteers were working that day. I hold a very high appreciation to people that work on Christmas in order to serve others. My wife and I placed our order, paid, and received our order in a timely manner. I promptly thanked the person and wished them all a Merry Christmas. Nothing. One person just looked at me and said nothing. No one else responded. I truly appreciated their work, but for a company that prides themselves on kind and thoughtful staff to have no response for a genuine act of appreciation. They lost a lot of respect from me in a mere few seconds of black stares and closed mouths.

Every time I go to this starbucks there’s always a problem. Last time I went the employees were rude to my mom and didn’t fulfil her order. Today I went again and AGAIN they were rude and didn’t even want to serve me. They argued in front of me about who was going to make my drink. I got to my car and checked my drink because it felt light and it was only halfway full, literally! These drinks are too expensive to be halfway full. Fix your employees attitude too, it’s especially the caucasian female with the colorful hair with an attitude.

Always great staff and great service until last night that we had the terrible experience of being mistreated by an employee whose name is "Bria". She was very disrespectful, impatient and rude with me, my family and my 10 year old daughter that I guess was not explicit enough on what she ordered and "Bria" ended up making mean facial expressions and throwing the empty coffee cup into the garbage container in a rude and disrespectful way that made my daughter go to a side and cry. After I saw my daughter crying, I was very disappointed and went back to talk to "Bria" and explained her that my daughter was crying because of the awful way that she treated her but she just did not care at all and never apologized or said something, instead she just gave me a mean look and a sarcastic "OK"; I asked "Bria", are you still being rude and disrespectful?, we are your customers, you are not supposed to mistreat us; but she just said "Ok, Good Night"!! It is very sad, while a whole team is working very hard to provide their customers with the "Unique Starbucks Experience" that we all deserve and that is why we pay $5 for a cup of coffee but, just one downright unscrupulous employee ruins the great Starbucks reputation and the customer's day...
