This place NEVER passes the vibe check. It makes Taco Bell look terrible and I hope whoever owns this franchise reads these reviews and gets this staff together because they deserve to be shut down.
This is the closest TB for those every few months cravings and they have never not once gotten the order right. Even if it’s as simple as a value burrito. Consistently wrong. My husband ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza which is clearly on the menu. Look at the photo to see what they gave us. After giving the staff grace and time to do better (10+ attempts between 2021 and now), incompetence continues to reign. Get it together.

Jayla R.is the name on my receipt. But they would not tell me their name.
I placed my order was told one price at the window then pulled into the window and they said a different price. Then when I asked for my receipt they said they couldn't give it to me. They added an extra item to my order so I paid for something and I got everything that I actually ordered BUT didn't receive beef supreme burrito that was added to my order that I never received also.
When I asked for a manager some other person showed up and all i did was asking for their name but they are smiling asking me why? I am telling them why I am asking for names to report them to corporate because these wen should be held accountable. Then as I am checking my order she tells me to pull up. I refused then she proceeds to say that I am on her time. No I am the customer I am paying for food paying for your time by paying for my food.
These people lied about being the manager because then a gentlemen finally came out printed off my receipt after the young ladies said they couldn't and kept laughing.he refunded me the money meanwhile all of this petty immature behavior could have been avoided.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This needs to be resolved those employees need to be held accountable. I am posting every review speaking to everyone possible. This is not how society should work and how customers should be treated.

The service is always fast but I had a weird encounter the other day. Pulled in the drive-thru to order food and the worker on the speaker told me that I had to order 5 or more items because they're short on staff? Made absolutely no sense. All I wanted was a soft taco so I left and went someone else.

Last visit, we were there an hour before closed and were turned away because they "weren't serving."
This visit, we sat at the drive thru 2 hours before close and were ignored entirely until we drove off. We could clearly see employees preparing what must have been their own food and beverages because there was no one in the store or drive thru.

Only customer there at 10pm and were told that only 5 items could be made due to short staffing, attempted to order 2 combos and a quesadilla and was denied the quesadilla.
Repeat customer and multiple times have continued to have problems, either missing food or having to wait extra long because of a gap in the shift change. Management is clearly not doing their job as the quality of the service continues to deteriorate. Will not be visiting again until changes are made.

Looks nice recently remodeled, service on par with taco bells. I hate that they(all taco bells) charge $0.70 for a dollop of sour cream, but when they give you sauce(fire sauce is our choice) they'll give you 15 packages of it... and one napkin.

Order completely wrong and half of 65.00 order missing. Food looked as if it was thrown together blindfolded and no requested sauces in order. Tried to call and no one answered. Was happy the Mexican pizzas were back. Have they changed the recipe.. had beans, and tomatoes. You get the picture……
