Got this Steelers ice cream cake for my husband’s Birthday two weeks ago and omg it is delicious Oreo ice cream with white cake and cool creamy butter cream frosting on the outside!! So bomb the service was Aight! But I’m rating this Cake all fives it’s so good!! Only cost me $43.00 after taxes. Also you have to Order 24-48hrs ahead

Despite the apparent lack of customer service and care the staff can tend to display, they do have so many flavors of 🍦 ice cream, 🥛 milkshakes, and ice cream 🎂 cakes that you can't find anywhere else. Use the drive through to stay away from the less than clean inside. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

The shake on the right is what I ordered, but the one on the left is what I got. This was as it turns out prepared by the 'shift leader'. I asked her how she made it and she said 'the correct way', this in spite of the fact that over her shoulder was a picture of the product as it was supposed to be. She had refused to give me a receipt too. At first I was going to let the appearance go but the taste was that of Oreo's. It seems she was trying to pass one of her other mistakes off on me. The fact she would not even admit that the appearance was wrong was the give away. They've always been rude in there as another mentioned they usually ignore a customer who first walks in, but the products been good once you got it, but this is the last time I'll go into any Baskins Robbins, or Dunkin' Donuts , which shares the location, for that matter the corporate office nor anyone else there cares about the piss poor all round service. It's no wonder these locations are usually empty on a hot summer day, when they used to be packed. They've made me go away too.

Wow, we were in line and they suddenly decided to close without telling anyone in line. The online hours say they are open till 10 pm and there were 8 other cars in line and they didn’t even bother to tell us that they were closed! We waited at the speakers for 10 whole minutes and finally rolled up to the window only to have a small paper sign posted saying thay they closed at 9 (and at the moment it was 9:10). The employees saw us but were so rude and didn’t even say anything to us and kept ignoring us and going along their business. If you don’t have the courtesy to fix your hours online at least have a message at the drive through or say something to everyone waiting! It’s common courtesy.
