Let me tell you!! The two male workers at the drive through window on Sunday June 5th 2022 at 2:30 PM are the best drive through workers I’ve ever interacted with! They were smiling with such a positive attitude, took the time to engage with us as customers, and gave us out order super fast. The food was amazing too. Cannot recommend enough!

While returning from vacation, we stopped at the Arby's located at Peters Creek Parkway. We arrived around 2pm on a busy Sunday. We were so impressed with the staff at this location. We want to give a shout out to one young employee named Tatiana. We were amazed at how she went around restocking and cleaning. Her work ethic was very impressive. Definitely recommend this location!

Frankly nothing to complain about! The staff was nice and patient with me because I was asking a lot of questions and I got the gyro that were two for $6 and I think that's a deal for today's inflation this was in May 2022. The food was good and I got the pigtail fries which I love at least that's what I call them

Love the updates, renovations, and cleanliness at this store. Still one of the best roast beef fast food sandwiches, amazing curly 🍟 fries, market fresh 🥪 sandwiches, and fun 🍦 desserts out there. The customer service and staff can be hit or miss but no worse than other stores. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, seating and parking.

The line in the drive through was backed up out of the parking lot and moving slowly. When we finally reached the speaker to place an order we were told that the staff was too busy and they just couldn't take anymore orders. We were turned away. Meanwhile the cars that had been in front of us were still getting handed food out the window. Very disappointing.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive-through lane then when I got my meal which was a fish sandwich with crinkle fries the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them and the fish sandwich was like it had been dipped in water you couldn’t even pick it up without everything sliding out it was really disgusting so I threw everything away

I went thru the drive thru for lunch and my sliders were hard the bread tasted old. I went back by WITH my receipt and the sandwiches when I got Off work bc I was starving and that was my lunch. The girl In the drive thru said “if your name ain’t in the book then you ain’t getting anything”. I questioned it bc I had a receipt and the food from a few hours earlier. She was very rude and finally using a slur cussed and said “f*** it fine” Like no thank you I didn’t stay. I’m sure she would do something to my food. I left the sliders there and left. I work very very hard for my money and to be treated that way WITH the receipt from a few hours earlier and the food with it still in the bag, it was just plain wrong. Thank you for taking my money for nothing, causing me to miss lunch and waste gas to come back by when I live the other way.
